Snap's out. I decided I did not want to drive all that way, just to ride 25 miles. :(
You all have a great time - I will be at WCC.

My beer buddy Robb is going to be there?!?! Excellent. :D
Helps me get over the pain of snap ditching us ....
But we'll miss you, snap! :(
heh heh, someone's getting an extra-early wake up call in Santa Rosa
Brat!
If I thought the drive would be less than 3 hours, I would've considered it. But by the time I get out of work, packed up and on the road, you know I'll hit all the traffic.
Maybe I won't tell you my room number.....maybe there's another dog parade in Healdsburg.....I did get some awesome tamales at the farmer's market.....
:)
I'll be in France then. Damn! :)
I am still signed up for the SLO Wildflower at the end of April, but I might have to bail on that.
France? Do tell....
Telling... a "cycling" vacation in Provence with my mother and niece. I use the term "cycling" loosely, since it's something like 20 easy miles a day, then lots of food and wine (which I won't complain about). Then a few days in Paris afterwards.
Sounds lovely!
I'm truly full of angst to be traveling with my mother. And, I have nothing to wear!!! The "What Not To Wear" reject goes to Paris, details at 10. :o
OK, back to talk of Pardee. Great ride! I hope to do it again.
It's France already? Somehow that seemed so far in the future.
Nooo, you can't bail on the Wildflower. We've hardly seen you. It's road trip time.
You free for an all day (well 55 mile ride) this Saturday? Get you tuned up for all the gourmet treats in your future?
Where is this 55 mile ride on Saturday? I might be interested...
I'm trying to talk Sue F into changing from her plans of riding from Davis to Berkeley and return via Amtrak (which just sounds horrible - bridges and traffic?) to riding Atlas and Veeder. I had suggested Atlas to MP for her Tnt training rides but that she needed to do something other than Mt George such as your suggestion of Veeder and Atlas. So she put it to the test and gave it a thumbs up. I amended by taking out her extra climb up Dry Creek to the top of Trinity. This was you can ride Atlas early in the ride and find yummy food in Yountville after. Of course you can always do the extra climb or make it a smidgen easier by riding Dry Creek instead of Veeder.

I'm not doing the Davis to Berkeley ride no how. Want to come ride with me? Bubba is in his usual noncommittal mode but will probably go anyway, especially if he has the possibility of whiner duets.
That does look like a fun ride. What time do you want to start?
Weather Wunderground says partly cloudy and 74. Probably don't have to start too horribly early. You say. I'll create a thread in case anyone else wants to go.
