PT, ladies, go to PT!! I can't help much without actually seeing your shoulders (umm, that sounds bad. but I mean it in a professional way). The shoulder is so wacky that you really should go to PT for anything, even years later. Did you know your arm isn't actually attached to the rest of your body?
It's true!
My right shoulder sucks, but I don't go to PT for it cuz they'd make me exercise. And I don't believe in exercise. I just want chocolate and massage. Besides, I don't even have time to pee at work, let alone get my shoulder fixed.
