I decided to add a few more whole grain carbs back into my breakfasts. I am just too hungry all of the time and gaining weight thinking about being hungry!
B: cup of plain nonfat Greek yogurt, blueberries, walnuts, slice of Ezekial spelt raising bread and almond butter, coffee
a really hard step and sculpt class. I need to take these more often.
L: 3 romaine leaves stuffed with chicken salad
D: one brown rice veggie burger... made with poblano pepper, scallions, jack cheese, pepitas, chipolte, and the rice. Really good. no bun, sliced tomatoes, black refried beans. glass of red wine
