What Holstein thread?
It's Lindemans. I also like Rosemount. But not all of either. Not Yellowtail. Of course Penfolds. I have a Kangarilla Road Shiraz I'm sitting on, and a Jacob's Creek sparkling wine, and a Fox Creek red blend of mostly Shiraz.

Lise, I keep hoping I'll find a substitute saddle, then Vitesse could visit you to see if you liked her. It's an older model- not one that's so easy to find today- it doesn't have the gel dealy, or the scuff protection. Not even sure what the rails are. Ti or chro-mo.

Turkey Vulture. We have those here in Florida, as well as the Black Vulture. I like them. I love how they run- it looks like they're skipping.
Thanks Nanci. Ill be sure to check out their running when I see one.:)

So many vultures here - they will apparently throw up in self defense. They also pee on their feet to clean them. I don't get close enough to investigate this.
Sarah - how do you know things like this?Quote:

Nanci, I don't know if I should have LBS get me a Vitesse to try, or just stick with my Serfas for the time being. I can't believe how much I like the wide and cushy seat my Larkspur came with. Maybe I should even try that on the Bianchi, but it sure would look silly. Not at all sleek. But oh, so comfy. It's even called Comfort Ride, I think!
How do vultures pee? they don't have bladders or urine..Quote:

The birds gorge themselves til they are so full they can't fly. So if a predator comes, their defense is projectile vomiting. Their feet get filthy from rooting around in carcasses, so they pee on them to clean. They have to feathers on their heads for basically the same reason - they are digging around in dead bodies to eat, so the skin head stays cleaner.
Hmm I dont think I will get too close to these guys then. Since I had kids I have seen quite enough projective vomiting. Eeeewwwwww.Quote:
