 D: glass of white wine, chicken tenders in an Indian style sauce with low fat coconut milk, chili sauce, lime juice, ginger, onions on brown rice. 2 squares dark chocolate
 Slowly getting back to feeling normal.

 B: eggs scrambled with brocolli, and a bit of Coho smoked salmon. Sounds odd, was actually yummy. I just CAN'T have a non-eggy breakfast, my body expects it :)
 1 hour group training session followed with a protein shake
 S: small apple
 L: a bit of roast pork, a small amount of pineapple+strawberries. (not near enough food, and needed veggies)
 D: lettuce wrapped Coho smoked salmon. Paleo chocolate-mint "ice cream" for dessert, followed with a tablespoon of the real thing.
 
 Not enough calories today, though the small amount of coconut milk "ice cream" may have gotten me closer, and certainly needed more veggies...kitchen is getting bare and no time to do real shopping just yet.

		Rest day today:
 
 B: eggs scrambled with shaved brussel sprouts, coffee
 L: MORE eggs - at a local fermented veggie artisan's market stand - grilled with a wide variety of veggies, both fresh and fermented ones added as a topping, a bit of chorizo (no sugar)
 S: banana
 D: roast pork and veggies. I might have to go shopping for tomorrow though, the fridge is pretty bare and I've a special "Firecracker Funday" workout at 9:30 tomorrow :)

		In the holiday mood and with that, no exercise today. Still feel like I need a bit more rest from my illness, as the antibiotic is now causing the fun stuff.
 B: melted low fat cheddar in a whole wheat tortilla, salsa, blueberries, coffee
 L: Lara Bar at 11:45, tuna on lettuce with tomato and vinagrette, 6 inch pita
 S:??? went to the local inn, sat on the porch and had a mojito and half a flatbread with tomato and cheese   bad, bad, bad, but good :).

 20 mile very hot bike ride, drank a bottle of Accelerade light and half a bottle of plain water
 S: 6 inch whole wheat pita with left over red pepper pesto
 D: 6 slices Asian flank steak with broccoli slaw in a ginger/lime dressing, 2 squares dark chocolate
 S: cup of plain, non fat Greek yogurt and blueberries, walnuts

 I rode to an appointment (5 miles), then to the pharmacy, and then back to Concord center, where I did my early AM route at noon. About 17 miles total.

 S: walnuts, slice of ham
 D: 7 scallops in veggie broth/spinach/white beans, glass of white wine, 2 squares dark chocolate

 I rested today.

 ate half a lara bar before I went to get my semi annual Prolia shot
 L: salad with arugula, watermelon, and feta, oil and vinegar. I ate about 3/4 of it
 S: slice of spelt whole wheat with hummus
 D: went out with a friend, had a veggie burger, with Mexican type toppings, guacamole, tomatoes, onions, salsa, side of grilled fresh veggies
 S: more plain no fat Greek yogurt
