145. I am eating where I think I need to be but need to "bite and write" to get this last 10 lbs off! Monday has always been my WW weigh-in, so let's start there. Great job everyone!!
Way to go folks!! I've updated so far, and Lynette, I gave you a shaded box cause you were too dang close to your goal! :)

Aggie - "bite & write". I like that!!
Lynette - WooHoo! Feels great, doesn't it? (I've discovered I have ribs! Who knew??)
Awesome work everyone! Looks like we're finishing off the month on a high note.
Thanks again, possegal, for keeping track of all of this for us!!
Yes, Possegal - THANK YOU!!! :):):)
Lynette
148...it not my goal...but it is something
170 for me. Not even close to my goal, oops.
That's ok, I'm not giving up. I'm just shifting gears. :p
Down to 150, not too bad considering I was on vacation for 6 days. Today I have been trying to really reallyhard to focus on eating well as we are going out to eat for my Birthday..For my Birthday I treated myself to a gym membership. I have not gone to a gym in close to 3.5 years. We will see what happens. I also signed up for a sprint Tri. The last time I did one was 10 years ago. Boy does time fly. Congrats to everyone and keep up the good work.
Yay, Solo, that's great! I credit alot of my weight loss to setting myself several event goals this year, including two triathlons. It's forced me to get out there and do the training, log the miles, etc. Plus, it's fun to have something to work towards!
Do you have a training plan to work with? When is your sprint?
Happy Birthday!
Susan
Thanks Susan. No I don't have a training plan. I need to figure something out. 10 years ago I didn't follow any particular plan but, that was 10 years ago and my body could adapt better:p The first Tri I did I did not train at all for the swim...prior to that tri the last time I had gone swimming was 8 years earlier. So the swim portion of course was the tough one to deal with. I will glady take any suggestions. Feel free to PM me if you want. Sorry to hijack.
I'll bet you looked better in it. <g>
I went to see my doctor on Tuesday (follow up to the stomach flu/food poisoning thing) and I weighed 239.5 on her scale, a three-pound loss from when I'd seen her a couple of weeks before. On my scale this morning (Friday) I was up to 245. Alas. But you know what, that's a solid five pound loss since we started this gig, and I've been off fast food since before the first of the year. Fast food is off my menu, and I think that's the main contributor to the weight loss because, besides a couple of walks down the street, I've been too injured, sick, or exhausted to exercise in January. Or that weight loss could be lost muscle mass. Figures. Bike ride tomorrow, though. The first in weeks.
We're going to do this again next month, yes?
Roxy
Yes, we will definitely be doing this next month, I've got the start of the chart all set up (which is easy as I just keep copying martinkap's original chart, she did all the hard work!!).
I'll make a thread this weekend telling folks to weigh in next Friday for the first week.
. . . straggling in with a final of 180 — all muscle. ;-)
