169.
I think that's the first time I've been at 16X in my adult life, so I'll take it...progress.
Im in.
Current weight: 153.8
Goal weight for 6/29: 148
Height: 5'7. Let's see if I can gain one inch this month ;-)
I'm using the body media arm band again so let's see how it goes :-). I have to REALLY stop drinking so much wine during weekends. Oh plus the Cosmopolitans with diet Cranberry!
105.4 today.
I was going to lie and use yesterday's weight, which was 104.5. I was 106.2 when I got home from my trip to Grand Junction and got down to 104.2 on Wednesday.
I rode 30 miles today and am doing about 40-45 tomorrow, plus more on Sunday. I have to start thinking about balancing my nutrition needs and maintaining my new weight.
144.0 -- a new low for a WW weigh-in. Woot!
My husband left this morning to stay with his dad in HI for a couple of weeks, so it'll be interesting to see how well I maintain my weight while he's away. I'm generally not what you'd call a nutritional role model when left to my own devices. :p  :D
A little bit up.. 117.0... I had a lot of snackage this week....
152 - Wrong way, wrong way...turn around you stupid weight! ;)
217, wrong way here too. I need to be more conscious of my food choices:mad:
I see that I forgot to report on Friday, May 18. My weight was 103.5. Which is a bit low for me.
I revisited my sports nutritionist (via email) yesterday regarding calorie targets on long ride days now that my rides are getting longer. Net calories have once again entered the picture - but only on long-ride days. I am keeping the same targets for all other days, and any calories I consume right before, during, or in the first hour after a long ride won't count. It will be like they don't exist.
So back to a minimum net calorie target of 1,300 on long ride days, which is what I've used in the past and can be quite challenging to hit. That might be a little easier now that I've had to change my diet in order to meet the higher caloric intake I need.
I started using myfitnesspal again yesterday to track calories. I need to stick with it!!
228 this morning.
We are moved. We still have a painter coming, so the kitchen and dining areas can't be unpacked completely until after that. However - I have been grocery shopping, and have a fridge full of good, healthy food. The body needs a couple of days of light exercise before launching back in, but there is a plan and a possibility of real progress.
168.
I'm early, but the parents are coming into town tomorrow and who knows where I'll be over the holiday. Going to try and behave, even though parents in town=lots of unhealthy food. It's their first time visiting, and my dad has already informed me that we're eating at least two cheesesteaks (so he can make comparisons). And we're not even going to places that I consider to have halfway decent cheesesteaks.
Have a good weekend, all :)
128 :)
103.8  :)
I haven't seen this number since, oh, about 1992.
Don't worry, I just have to eat half a whole wheat bagel to gain a few ounces.
135. Five down, 10 to go. On the right track.
145.5 - down 3 lbs which is great. I really should be between 130-133 though...
Went up again, another 2 pounds to 219. After biking regularly for three weeks and increasing miles every week, I can only assume it's muscle weight. I can feel new muscles all over and I have been watching my diet (although it could improve). I will be happy when I start burning fat.
Updating for this week

141.0.
Kind of amazing, since I had another week up around 143-144.
139...no change there to speak of. :)
162
I swore I wasn't going to weigh in weekly, but I was cleaning out the closet this morning, and I just jumped on the scale. :p
103.8. Still staying pretty flat, but did have a blip up earlier this week.
Provided that you are not eating too much, the weight gain likely is mostly water, which is not uncommon when increasing exercise, as part of the muscle healing process and to facilitate storage of glycogen. It is hard to gain more than about a 1/2 a pound a month in muscle for women.
132.4
Now that I stopped worrying about a lower target weight I start loosing  Then again, I've backed off on some of my gym work for the season so perhaps I am dropping extra water. I KNOW I am eating enough...
113.2 this morning...
I was 226 on Saturday. Doing great on eating. Need to work on ramping up the exercise (was very sore from moving).
Feeling so great! I am down from 148.7 to 143.5, just 10 lbs away from my goal.
I have cut out flour, sugar and alcohol and am weighing my food to ensure portion control. I am also not eating snacks unless I need them (after a long ride, for example). Snacks have been a trigger for me because I am a major grazer.
I am now past the point of craving foods that are bad for me. For example, I used to never be able to resist eating many slices of pizza when I served it to my picky eater son. The other day we had pizza in the house and it didn't even call to me!! That being said, I am not keeping sweet treats in the house because I don't want to dig into them in a vulnerable moment.
Besides fitting into my (non-stretchy) clothes again, mostly I am excited about seeing how my cycling (especially hill climbing) improves when I am 10 lbs lighter.
151 today - forgot to check on Friday.
I was 151 again on Saturday. I could have sworn that I'd posted it, but it's not here. Weird!
218. ugh only down 1
This Friday came fast...
103.8
I'm noticing some different patterns with my weight/eating, now that cycling season is in high gear for me. For the last 2 weekends, my weight has been more stable. I haven't gained 3-4 pounds over the weekends, just 1-2. I also have been taking one full rest day a week and that seems to not only help my recovery, but it stabilizes my weight. I've added more carbs back in to my diet, but I seem to know what my limit is. But, I think the thing that's helped the most is the fact that I've been going to the boot camp/circuit training classes twice a week, religiously.
104.2 for me, which is up just a bit.
Rain most of the week. Biked all of 20 miles over the course of three short rides. Walked two miles a day though, even in the rain.
135. No change.
I've become quite comfortable with my no-sugar, no-grain, lots of veggies-fruits-protein way of eating, although it was very hard to change at first. I now look forward to ramping up my exercise. I did one 43-mile ride this week and one 20-miler, and I felt strong on both. I want to increase my riding to four days a week and re-focus on Pilates, which I have let fall by the wayside. That ought to kickstart losing the next five pounds.
132, which is up after a week of pretty consistent 126-128s. Thursdays tend to be hard workout days for me, and I'm now thinking that a Friday morning weigh-in is just poor timing for me. I'm going to weigh again tomorrow, when stuff hurts less, and see what happens.
I've definitely lost weight. I now have a bunch of bottoms that are too big in the waist and hips :)
222.0 this morning.
I've been in and out, not especially motivated, dealing with health and personal issues, and off the bike since last November or so. I'm hoping to rectify that last part soon, and to get my treadmill rebuilt so I can use it.
I am proud of this: for four mornings straight I've risen before dawn and taken my dog - also way overweight - for a 30-minute walk around our neighborhood.
Roxy
I weighed today and I was 159.9 :)
I haven't been in the 150's in a loooooooong time, so I'm thrilled!!!
Next stop 140's. It might take another 6 months, but I'm not worried. Maybe if I lose it as slowly as I have, it will FINALLY stay off this time. I've been there done that with the fast (1-2lbs a week) weight loss and it has always come back on. Maybe 1-2 lbs a month will help me keep it off for good. I'll get there eventually.
142.0 this morning, after a week in the 142.x range.
