No change.
In an attempt to avoid holiday weight gain while on vacation with family next week, I have planned 300K of bike riding (Tuesday & Friday) and a 5K race on Thursday. I'll probably run Mon & Weds too. I'm hoping that will offset all the pie I'm likely to eat. OK, not likely. All the pie I *will* eat. ;)

No change for me this week. Will try go be good this week with my eating choices.:p
I'm a little late with this, but I'm at 126 and hoping to keep going on a downward trend. I'm definately bumping up my weight-training:)
142.8 this week. I skipped 3 work Thanksgiving dinners I was invited to last week - trying to wait until actual thanksgiving day to overeat :)
So are we REALLY going to weigh in on Friday....the day after Thanksgiving? Not that I have a big dinner plan, I work so it is "just the 2 of us", but still plan to eat!
Maybe I'll weigh in Thursday AM (and Friday).....:D

People can weigh in any day they please. Or not at all if they so desire. Whatever is posted, I put in the chart. If no weight is given, then nothing gets listed, which I've been known to do myself on more than one occassion. :)
Totally forgot to post my weight! I was 154.0 on Saturday.
142.8 this morning - I rode 45 miles yesterday morning to pre-burn off dinner.
141 .... ok, so I gained after working so hard Sep/Oct. It'll come off, I call it 'temporary weight' :D since it's an overnite sensation! LOL

153 for me. Not sure how that happened but I will take it:)
"forgot" to weigh this morning, but I did yesterday morning. 131.8 for this week.
When I weighed myself on Thanksgiving morninng I was 125.5. This morning...after my personal gluttony caused by eating not one, not two but three Costco mini-cheesecakes I'm back to 126.
The cardio/weight-training afternoon should help take me back to that downward trend.

The cardio/weight-training afternoon should help take me back to that downward trend. (Well, that and the fact I'm starting my preparation for a scheduled colonoscopy on Monday).
189. I love pie.:)
I actually did pretty well at not stuffing myself last night. I still avoided the scale this morning though. :)

It didnt matter whether I report Thursday or Friday's morning weight...neither was good. I didn't even have a thanksgiving dinner to pig out at. Just a bad weight week. Now I have to try & lose almost 2 pounds this week to still have end goal as a possibility.
I'm up at 125:eek:
153.4 this morning. I'm actually happy with that considering it's a holiday week and TTOM for me. Next week should be MUCH better! ;)
113.4 today... having a hard time without much exercise
Catrin, I'm exactly 100 pounds heavier than you.
231.8
I'm trying really hard to visualize myself much thinner and what that's going to take as far as lifestyle changes. More regular exercise for one, and less sugar. I'm all about the holiday baking, but I'm trying to limit it this year.
Roxy
I cooked for 10 of us and I joked that I felt like our Mum - I really didn't eat very much after all the cooking. If I could have worked out a bit, maybe I would have lost a bit more than 0.4 lbs. But I'll take it.
I started a new job a couple weeks ago and I had the grand intention of turning over a new leaf at that same time, with better eating and exercise. But I also started the new job very sick, so it wasn't really happening.
Now I am telling myself that tomorrow is my new leaf turning. Fingers crossed!

I think visualization does help a lot, at one time I was quite close to your current weight. Hang in there - you are certainly far more fit than I was at that weight!
I have gained 3 pounds back since I had to cut back on all cardio exercise due to the over-use leg injuries. That is quite frustrating, but I try to keep it in perspective. I am finally able to start ramping things up - albeit slowly...
Please mark me 135 for last friday.
Considering the required pie-to-people ratio of 1:1 at our Thanksgiving gathering (it's a tradition), I'm rather pleased with that number.
I made coconut cream. We also had pear-ginger, mock mince, banana cream, pecan, raspberry chiffon and lemon meringue!
Susan
I can bake pie. I made apple, pumpkin, pecan and cheesecake, we were six. I would love to learn to make cream pies, coconut cream, banana cream, chocolate silk...oh wait never mind this is the weight loss thread.
I don't bake pie but I do make a mean cheesecake. Can I come? :p
148.4 for me today.
Thanks!
132.4 :(
113.2 for me today.
172 this morning, wrong way, wrong way

But yesterday it was 235 and had been for several days. I took a prescription diuretic and lost four pounds of water weight. I'd like to not have to rely on pharmaceuticals to do that, though.
Roxy
Cream pies aren't that hard. The key is not overcooking/scorching the custard. It's chemistry, so following the instructions is important. Too many people try to modify a recipe before they learn the original, and then are disappointed when it flops!
The coconut cream I made this year turned out to be one of my all-time favorites.
OK, now I'm hungry. I'd best go find me an apple....
