:confused: Currently Biking everyday rotating easy and slightly more difficult rides. I have notice clothing is getting loose but the weight is not coming off as easily. :(
:D Gains: I have notice my calves are shaping nicely. YAY!
I have been thinking about training for a Metric Century in May/2011. I think having a goal is an awesome motivation and decipline to loose weight.

Good Morning! My weight this morning is 147 lbs. We are leaving Monday for a 3 week camping vacation so my next post won't be until mid-August. (not because I have quit the challenge!;))

133 today. Horrible food challenging week at work and a couple of dinners out but I kept thinking about Friday weigh in and that really helped! Normally wouild have gained a couple of pounds in a week last this so I'm pretty happy. Thanks Possegal!

I'm at 235.
I've been in Florida for two weeks looking after my mom, who had surgery to repair four hernias and an abdominoplasty as long as she was under. There were complications with the pain meds and we nearly lost her twice. I'm glad I was there.
I go home Sunday and start serious tri training for the Rock n Roll Triathlon, which is on my birthday, Sept. 12, this year. I need to get my running game together.
Do you think they'd have a category for people my size?

153.4 I forgot to weigh in this morning, but this was yesterday's weigh-in for a different challenge I'm in. I'm kind of bummed that it looks like I'll still qualify as 'Athena' for my next Tri (Aug 1). I didn't register as Athena, but still...I was hoping not to qualify by then!

I am up by .1 a pound... 136.6 this week- not so good, I did eat lots of extra treats and I missed a few workouts! this next week is bound to be better- I am glad I signed up this keeps me way more accountable!!

I admit that I had a bad week and really didn't try AT ALL!
I really am going to give it a good honest try this week to eat good and NO WINE OR BEER! (I just don't stop after 1 glass :eek:)
