You are too funny! The bag will minimize your bum and contrast stiching is usually slimming, although I have seen some short with contrast stitching that has been put in places no woman should have emphazied. There was one pair of shorts (cannot for the life of me recall who made them) where the stitching outlined the female reproductive track-IMO not atractive.

I think fancy/expensive bottle cages make great Valentine's Day presents for cyclists. I bought my husband ridiculously pricey but very sexy carbon fiber cages for his road bike last year; they really do look much better than steel on his bike. But he hasn't taken the hint and bought me the Nitto cages. He is so unromantic.

You are so sweet. Yes I do wear a size 6 once again (Yay!) Unfortunately I have always had a "bubble" butt. Late last night I could not sleep (child was having a sleepover) there was a commercial for this thing (forgot the name) that would lift your bum and make you "curvy". The entire time , besides laughing, I was thinking how I would like to look less curvy. I realise I am shaped this way and I will never have a small bone structure, nor will I ever be tall with long legs. The older I get, the more I come to accept my body. I still occassionally dream about how nice it would be to look tall and petite.

At the LBS, though, they have _colored_ carbon cages! Like red! They are so pretty. They were supposed to "hint" to BF that that would be a good present, but I guess they forgot.
I love handmade stuff, too. When I shoed horses, I had some tools that were handmade, (by a company, not me) and even a hoof tester and some pritchels that I made myself. My hoofstand was made by me ex, (automechanic) with a flywheel for a base, and my initials welded onto it. I made my own toolbox, too, but at the time would have rather had a "real" one, if I could have afforded it...

If you decide you don't like the banana bag, i would buy it from you for what you paid for it- but only if you let me know by tomorrow night (Monday night). The reason is, I am just about to back order one from Rivendell, but will hold off my order for another day in case you wanted to sell me yours instead. The ones they make now are grey rather than your tan, but I like either color.
