Congratulations Fuji Girl! I feel such a sense of accomplishment when I hit each milestone. :D

Another long sunday ride with the group I met here on cape cod. 64.3 beatutiful miles. We took the coastal road from woods hole up to the cape cod canal, and came back down through sandwich and mashpee. Not hot at all, but they are a faster group than I am used to and pushed me hard. The sky was threatening for a good part of the day, but the rain held off. Cool story Mimi! That's great that you rcognized someting was wrong and were able to help!!

OOps, this belons in the July 23 ride link. Oh well...........
