4 knee ops for chondromalacia makes me sane when it comes to running. High speed tree hugging hurts a lot less. :)
Did yellow tell you about the time we had to hike about 25 yards down a steep path? My knees hurt for a couple days after and hadn't hurt for thousands of bike miles. Nope, I like rocks 'mo bettah.
Yikes! And I'm such a weenie about dirt/rocks/trees just cuz I have a few scars on my face from a dirt face-plant lo' these many years. Sorry to hear about the knees. Yellow's good for getting you to go up and down places, isn't she? :pQuote:
