I have been so bad about posting. Mainly because our runs have been an endless stream of hot and slow. I am sort of trying to embrace it as a return to base. I find it really hard in this weather to do anything other than just put one foot in front of the other. We are just trying to maintain endurance until the fall.
Wonderful PNW weather. It's been high 60s - low 70s this week. Good thing too -- the Barrel to Keg relay is this weekend and I'm running in it. It's only 70 miles from a winery to a brewery :) - it's for charity. Our same team is running as ran last year. Last year it was horribly hot. It's not usually not here especially on the coast.
