It depends on the bar ends. Mine are integrated into a single unit but if the bar ends are a separate unit that fits in the end of the grips then you can install a regular mirror like the Mirrocycle. I think most barends are seperate? I could be mistaken.

I ended up with the cycle aware roadie mirror. I've been fairly happy with it. The only downside so far is my knee tends to knock it out of alignment if I'm not careful.
