That's horrifying!! I could never put that on my face or ride with someone who did. Give me a nice furry neck warmer, pulled up high, any time.
EEWWW!!!

OMG, that is so scary. I can't imagine it would look much better on anyone else, but did they have to use that guy for the model? !?! L.
I just spent a weekend skiing with a friend in the Silence of the Lambs face mask. It was below zero when we started last week so it was much needed. I told her if she put that on while riding bikes, the police would surely stop such a supicious looking character!
ROFL, Yasmin! I totally agree!! Even the guy in the photo looks rather like Anthony Hopkins!
I am amazed that these masks sell, although Steph in TX's friend is proof. There is no way I would associate with anyone on a bike wearing one of those. Surely they'd be an instant cop magnet.:D
It's obvious that most of us need to be back on our bikes. We're spending WAY too much time in our heads.
(Except, of course our AUSSIE friends who are happily riding along in gorgeous weather)
actually - as someone who is asthmatic, I have to wear some type of face mask. Riding in any temp under about 45 is very hard on my breathing especially climbing. I was seriously looking at something like the scary one. So far my polypro balaclava has worked out just fine for me but keeping my options open!Quote:
