Great race report! Excellent job with the bike and for picking it up on the run!
great to see all your hard work pay off! Wow 2 down 1 to go- 3 in a year I can't even imagine the dedication and perseverence required for that...just wow!
Wow, Kacie! That's an awesome time all the way around and your bike was smokin'! Congratulations!
Wanted to add my Congratualtions to you as well. You survived St. George and smoked Rev3. How awesome is that. That just means your an incredible Ironwoman. All of your continual hard work is paying off.

Amazing! My sincerest congratulations to you and George! Another one in 10 weeks?:eek::eek: Your mental and physical fortitude apparently knows no bounds.
Ahem. I want to hear more about this new goal that has appeared on your blog:D:D
Thanks everyone!
I am feeling good and bouncing back quickly. Back at the S/B/R world, even though coach still says this is a recovery week (plenty of training for a recovery week!)
It was an awesome race!
I just booked our travel to Cozumel for Thanksgiving to race IM Cozumel. I am looking forward to the race, but I am really looking forward to it being George's first Ironman! He is SO SO fast, and I love cheering for him as he flies past me!
Oh--and I signed up for a double Ironman :p There is that. Once I get over the sick feeling of what I just did, I am excited to write more about it! Not really, I am actually incredibly excited about the challenge. It is going to be crazy, but I think I can do it!
HOLY CRAP!!! A DOUBLE Ironman? WOW!:eek::eek:
