Watching cycling is a bit of an acquired taste. It takes a few days to get hang of how the teams and riders compete. I won't spoil it just yet, but the last 20 miles or so of the first stage were very exciting. The race is on and it will be really interesting. Now, on to get my own bike ride.

There are two sites I follow on Twitter that list free online video feeds (sometimes in English, some in Spanish, French, Italian and Dutch... I watch them all the same!) and that is how I managed to see the spring classics this year:

Both also post pictures. Steephill, in particular, posts large format pictures that are a pleasure to look at.
I should add that Steephill also collects video clips after the stage, the last km, the last 5km, etc. Pretty nice.
I signed up to get the Versus feed online again like I did last year since my cable company does not offer that channel. Go sign in this morning, and I could not get the website to load for anything. Rebooted my computer, cleared out cookies and temp files, log in / out several times. The best I got was about 10 seconds of footage, then it froze. Even the "help" link would not work. If I can't get this to work, I want my money back!
