Trying to Dress Warmly

I have 2 Craft short sleeved windbreaker shirts that rock. I wear them under a long sleeve jersey for the temps you describe. The front panel only has the windbreaker leaving the rest to breathe. I find it works well for me to have wind break in the front and venting in the back if possible.

Nylon wind pants over tights add a huge amount of extra warmth. Having only a single skin-tight layer on the legs, even if windproof, doesn't keep me warm below 30F.
