This is pretty much my opinion on things - I have armor piercers though - I gave up worrying about nipplage the day they insisted on showing through no less than FOUR layers :eek: Most of the time they are not that stubborn, I must have been really cold that day :oQuote:

You know, I am generally NOT a modest person at all. But the nipple showing thing really bothered me when I belonged to a gym. Now that I do my working out at home, it's not an issue, although it does come up once in awhile when I am riding or running.
Ooh, I like the looks of that one. I'm a B cup under most conditions, but a C in Victoria's Secret (talk about vanity sizing! :D), so I bet it would work for me. Some of the reviews say the XS is really, really small. Do you wear the XS or S? I am in a 32C in VS bras so am kind of a hard to fit size. Can't really justify spending the money right now as I've just bought a bunch of new bras, but I could keep this in mind for the future. Thanks!Quote:

It also comes in an A/B version. The fabric is kinda a double system, but not foam padded cups. Also, I love a black sports bra the best. Black as a color does NOT turn see-thru when wet with sweat!
Besides my outdoor riding, I teach Spinning year round... lots outside riding-running guys in the front row of class this time of year... CWX black bra locked and loaded girls is how I face em for 60mins lol.

p.s. also, a print fabric helps to hide things as well... wear your solids when alone without boys, and busy print with if it helps your concern.
I have always worn a sports bra. So this summer when I had to get a strapless bra to go with my "mother of the the groom" California wedding style dress, I went into a lingerie store for help. When they asked what size bra I wore, I was unable to answer. Rolling of 3 pairs of italian grandmother in ground gripper shoes, black dresses, well dressed hair and makeup, eyes and much phoo phoo rah about producing a tape measure. Requisite sample bras were pulled. Oldest grandmother hustles me into a dressing room and follows. She snaps her fingers for me to strip, whips a bra around me, fastens up the back, looks at me and says " bend over" when I do, she inserts an index finger, flips the fried egg up and back shouting " whoo pah!" , repeats on the other side, tells me to "stand up straight, shoulders back" and proceeds to poke the muffin edge in around the cup and says "there that's how you do it, now you try the others." She didn't actually leave the dressing room, she just stood back, and insisted in repeating the "whoo pah, tuck tuck tuck" action for each bra. By the time we finally got to one that fit and held all the muffin top, and could accomodate the "whoo pah" action, I was lauging fit to burst. I wore it for the wedding and the dinner after and haven't since, but I could if I wanted to . All it takes is a little "Whoo Pah" action.
In the meantime I ride bare or with bandaids, cause frankly I just don't care anymore. Love my fried eggs more and more every day, but resigned to losing them if necessary as the mammogram dictates.
I use DIMRS (www.dimrs.com) in situations where it seems like I'd be more comfortable with that sort of coverage. They don't add bulk as a padded bra would, and are easy to clean (hand soap and water). They're also a good solution for going braless in non-sports situations (assuming the shirt/dress is sufficiently form-fitting).
I have pencil erasers, and I'm cheap, which is not a good combination. I buy the 3 pack sport bras from the department store. they are like little half-tank tops, with no cups or anthing, just tubes with straps. Worse, they are cotton, but they are the comfyest thing for running and biking. But I still show through every layer.
Haven't tried bandaids yet but have used folded toilet paper. Sigh.
If it bothers you, you can always just place a cotton disk in your bra. They are like flattened cotton balls, sold in drugstores. Easy, cheap, effective.
