I think so, too. Every time I look at it I think "hello, SEXY!!!"

Very nice... must wipe drool off the laptop....
And I agree, the first ride must be a "proper" ride, and not on a trainer. But if spring is a llllooonnnggg way off, and a road trip to a warmer climate is out, then the trainer may have to be set up. Does a ride on a trainer count as an official road ride? ;)
Yowzer! What a cool color scheme on that bike, drooling....
Hear ya on the weather, it's winter wonderland around here and the bottom's supposed to fall out of the thermometer this week. Keep that baby nice and dry it won't be long.
And my favorite beer!

Flashy!!!! It made me think FL gators but that's just because there are tons of fans here.
It's gotta be torture not to be able to ride that gorgeous machine. Maybe the snow will melt if we all concentrate really hard.
Is it working? :D
*sniff* No. *sobs*
I just keep reminding myself that it's a 2011 and it's still technically 2010, so I should wait, anyhow...but it's literally cold comfort. :p We're not supposed to see temps above freezing pretty much any time before the new year. By then I will likely have broken-down and stuck the poor guy on the trainer.
Maybe you'll get a quick thaw :fingerscrossed:
I keep thinking of kingfishers everytime I see that gorgeous photo!
Loooooove!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love orange bikes. The orange and white color combo is what drew me to my BMC. Enjoy your lovely new speed machine! :D
I already knew that eventually a more aggressive, carbon (for our rough chip-sealed roads that really take a lot of the pleasure out of rides) frame with SRAM would be in my future. I figured maybe in another year or two. And then I saw that bike when Cannondale updated the site with the 2011 models...and literally squealed out loud. Orange is my favorite color and it's equipped with SRAM Rival. It was a no-brainer. I showed it to DH and our shop guy and DH knew he had no way of saying no. Our shop guy even named it a good month before we actually placed the order. ;)
It does remind me of a kingfisher! (Also a good beer, by the way. ;) )
