As an alternative, you may want to consider the Gansett Marathon, which a lot of Boston shut-outs are running. You have to have a qualifying time (I think the same as Boston) to run it, and the course, while last year in the hilly exiles of Exeter, RI, will be down along the RI shoreline. Should be a nice run. Plus, you could stay with either Redrhodie or me! Here's the info:

Awesome, Oak! This was one of those race reports that gets me all fired up and thinking 'hey, that sounds amazing...I wanna do one!'. Then reality sets in and I smarten' up. ;)

Ii've only had a little soreness. Four and a half mile walk Monday, aerobics Wed, wunnnerful yoga class this morning. I wonder if not being super sore means I had lots more in me. :confused:
