I haven't been on TE for awhile, but glad I checked in today...AWESOME OAK! Under 4:30. I am in awe (that is and will be my goal AGAIN for my next one).

Oak, I have 2 half marathons picked out...Nov & Feb (the 1/2 version of the marathon I did). Sadly I am sitting on couch having coffee instead of running, dreading the heat.
Did order my VFFs yesterday, maybe that will motivate me. That & your marathon performance, you did so great!
