I am looking forward to checking out these bar-end shifters. There are no shift indicators, will just have to learn it by feel. Thankfully I currently have a friend's trainer in my living room so I can "practice" a bit before taking it to my Eagle Creek Park "testing grounds". One thing is sure, I will HAVE to learn to get my hands to move around the bars to be able to shift :p
Will you post a link when there is one? May is super busy for us (husband graduating, moving to Kirksville MO, starting a new job), but my sister who lives in Bloomington might be interested in going to see the riders, if her semester is over by then.

I would LOVE to do this next weekend - but I have to wait until I get the estimate from my LBS on the work needed on my beloved steel steed before I know if I can afford to register - and by then it will be too late.... sigh... I would love to do the 30 mile route!
