I use an FR60 with bike pod, and absolutely love it. I can upload it to my Mac, which is rare, and it had everything included (other than the bike pod.) I didn't need to buy the USB stick to upload or anything.
Best deal I've found for what it comes with

I installed the ANT Agent+ software and it just keeps searching for the watch but never finds it. I tried reinstalling the software and it does the same thing. I tried manually pairing the two still no use.
I went into "network" to try to configure it for the USB stick and it keeps asking for a phone number which I don't have a phone number.

I assume you have the Garmin turned on during this?
Have you tried reinstalling the agent?

No, ignore the settings in System Preferences. It's not a modem, but System Preferences doesn't know what else it might be.
Are you uploading to Garmin Connect? If so, you may need to select "Transfer All" in order to get your runs into GTC (not sure, since I don't use GC). Are you re-setting the watch before you try to upload? Be aware that ANT+ Agent will search for a device with new workouts, not just a device, so if it's already uploaded your workouts to GC, or if you haven't reset your watch to store your latest workout in History, it won't find anything.
Did you install ANT+ Agent separately from GTC? Try maybe downloading the combined package.
If none of this helps, try the Garmin Forums. They're very helpful over there.

OK I feel like a moron, I went to the troubleshooting site and it said to make sure the pairing was turned on and it wasn't. Problem solved, now it works! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
