It wouldn't bother me! I'm a native East Coaster (mid-Atlantic) but I love the heat.

Not me, mickchick. I spent 28 years of my life in endless Summer in south Florida. Hot, steamy, summer all the time. Yawwwwwn.
I love Spring, but I am dreading summer already.
It's been raining constantly here too. My yard is soaked and my dogs imitating rugs because they're depressed - then after dark they decide it's playtime and start chasing each other through the house to burn off a little energy.
It's been raining so long i won't be able to cut the grass with a mower, I may need to have it brush-hogged :o
Same here. I've been mowing the lawn in stripes so it will dry out faster (and because I can't mow the whole thing before it starts raining again).
So there are stripes of tall grass and stripes of not-so-tall grass, but it's all growing faster than I can mow.
Any day now the neighbors will be at the door with pitchforks and torches. Except the rain would put the torches out . . .
Sundial, we seemed to have escaped our fall rain deluge...for now..
So, i'm sending you beautiful blue skies, 28C & sunshine. Ahhhh
Memphis monsoon season!
