I also really like the Jay Robb products. I use the whey cuz I can, but I tried the egg white once and it is fine too.
I buy their ones that are flavored w chocolate and sweetened with stevia, since they are very low carb (I have impaired glucose tolerance).
Do you run with those? If not, do you do sustained hard rides?
I tried oat milk and it just drinks like food, not a fluid/electrolyte replacement, unfortunately. The Infinit website talks about osmolality and that makes perfect sense to the way my stomach behaves.
I'm not running long enough to need to replace all the calories I'm burning, and protein isn't even critical, but if I can get 100-150 calories and maybe 4-5 g protein an hour, that would be great. I'm really still playing with the carbs.
