Was there ever a question?
Gosh- I wasn't aware that there was a debate over whether he would or wouldn't ride in the TDF. I assumed that it was a given that he would ride this year! I've never watched the tour until this year and enjoyed the small portions I got to see. I just completed his book "It's not about the bike..." (or something to that effect) and it was like getting a play by play of the TDF which I actually understood this time. It just made me want to be there cheering him on. As a cancer and "funk" survivor myself I can totally relate to cycling or most athletic activities for that matter, helping to overcome disease processes that threaten the body, mind and spirit. I'm glad he's used his experience to benefit others.
I can't say his post-divorce dating has boosted his Brownie points with me (thinking of a very waiffish, elfin actress here) but I don't have to date or marry him myself (unless he really begs me of course.:D ) I say Goooo Lance!
