Grits has fallen behind! I've only done my exhaustion test for week 6, and was happy to fall down into the second column! I did the Tour de Femme yesterday and didn't want my arms to be sore! (good excuse, huh?)

I am finding this daunting! I've been doing these CrossFit classes (I am so much NOT a class person!) We have to do narrow-width push-ups there..of which I can maybe do 8. I feel like such an imposter doing wider push-ups for "The Hundred" - I feel like an imposter!! I shall persevere, but it will not be this week, nor next week...spring? :D
