Yesterday was multiple hill repeats with the tri training group. For some unknown reason, I am actually kinda good at running uphill. I was quite surprised. This was a welcome change from last week's demoralizing run with the group; definitely a psychological boost.
Tomorrow I am supposed to run a 5k at "race pace" and then another 5k easy - I have not done a tri before, so it will be interesting to see what my "race pace" turns out to be.
