Weight this am: 148.
Hopeful Goal: 140
Realistic goal: consistently under 145 It sounds easy, but it's not.
... and I'm not starting out well. I had a stressful morning, so I'm eating away the afternoon. Sheesh...
I hope I am not too late for this. I have a bad cold since Tue so this is my first time back online. My weight is 150:( Hope this gives me the motivation that I need. :)

I hate to say this outloud...my starting weight today was 140.
KG - 120.1 on May 2nd, goal 115 lb eventually.

OK....I'm gonna suck it up and bite. Nothing else seems to be working, and with the stress that I know is coming (trial!), I'd better have something to keep me accountable.
Starting weight this AM - 229.0. Goal weight - I don't know - I'll see when I get closer.

Depending on where I place my scale, my weight can vary from one to four pounds. This is very frustrating! So, I'll pick a number and report 180 dead-on. :(

So, for the record, my weight yesterday was 144.8
I am feeling like this time I might just be able to do it.

160.6 today(can't believe I'm making this public), 135 goal. I would like to lose at least 10 before the Tahoe ride in June! Thanks for the extra incentive.
