I'm in!
This will be my first weight loss challenge with you gals. Can you explain the reward system to me? I just need to lose 10 lbs but I should be able to accomplish that in 8 weeks if I crack down. You guys can help motivate me!

Oh man...this IS #4, isn't it?
OK, what do you all think about making this one a non-reward challenge? I can post a chart each week that will show both pounds lost AND % lost so that we can cheer each other on and stay accountable? This way, we don't have to worry about how to determine the 'winner'...and we call can be winners! :p
Does that sound ok?
Everyone is welcome, no matter which of the previous challenges you've participated in. I'll start a new thread on Thursday or Friday for everyone to post their starting weight (Friday, 5/2) and where we can track it.

I like the non-reward challenge. I think that the motivation and knowing that other people are having the same struggles at times are what keeps me going. It is a place to be accountable, and the reward part is unimportant.

I noticed as I was closing up the last round that almost no one signed up for a reward anyways! There were only a few of us to begin with, and half didn't finish the challenge anyway. Jes

I like the no rewards, just support idea.

LOL If the reward were a trip to Hawaii or something, I'd go for it, but as it stands, I'm okay with no reward. :-)
