As long as the clamp diameter matches the mustache bar diameter, I don't see why not.

I think it will. I'm more worried about the rise.
The curve of the bar will be at the same level as the stem clamp, the straights will be slightly lower.
If that feels too low you can pull your quill stem up higher, or flip the bars (but then you sort of lose the comfortable use of the curves). If the reach doesn't feel right, you'd probably have to get a new stem. (though you can really adjust reach a lot just by where you put your hands, and there are lots of "favorite" spots on those bars)
