Beautiful play on words...yes, the fight for/to be the queen of France! :D Shared this with several people--they loved it, too!

Astana does it again today! Go boys in light bluuuuuuuuue
if your watching the race on cycling.tv the commentators anthony and brian read all the remarks sent in to "the innertube," and it appears a lot of people are watching it at work!!
as for subscribing to cycling.tv, you don't have to pay for the 100 kbps feed or to take part in the chat, but once you've seen the riders' faces closeup at 1200 kbps you'll just have to have it!!
and i love the on-demand options, i usually watch each stage again later.
Allez, Aussie, allez!
See that Cadel Evans ride up the Col de Telegraphe!
What did I tell you all?!
Cadel Evans at 14 sec from Moreau...
Watch this man in the TdF and remember who "discovered" him on TE!
Wow, that Astana team is talented - Vino has really put together something special. And they all seem such a great bunch of guys supporting each other. Such a change eg from USPS/Discovery and D.Telecom/T-Mobile who were centred round the "star". Or Milram with that 8 man train leading out Alessandro Pettacchi stage after stage.
Roll on the TdF...
Did anyone else see "Tenacious Z" hanging on that yellow guy's wheel, looking like he was barely working? And then to end up #5 in the GC! Thataboy, Dave!
I agree, Astana seems to be quickly becoming what Disco used to be. Will we hear Phil and Paul talking about the "Astana Train" next month? I'd bet on it ;)
Yeah, he looked good yesterday.
I think (hope) Astana is a different model and I will be very interested to see how they ride the TdF (irrespective of where they place each etape or in the generale).
re: Levi's fall right near the finish
Poor Discovery team. These last few races have not gone well at all for them - Popo's crashes at the Giro, George's broken wrist from ToC now stomach problems at the Dauphine. Tommy D hasn't really even had a season with all of his sicknesses and ailments. Levi got the stomach bug and then crashes as he's flying in to try and win the final stage of the Dauphine. Grrrr.....boys!!!!!
Yeah, wet roads and oil/diesel slicks... It's happened to all of us. Haven't caught up if he had any serious injury from it. It sure was spectaculsr In Real Time. He got back on real fast, but that was just the adrenaline perhaps.
(Apparently Tom Simpson's last words on the Ventoux were "Get me back on the bike")
