My boyfriend surprised me with a Specialized Tarmac 2 months ago... after Christmas... just because.
What a wonderful surprise... to see a pretty new bike sitting there... and you realize it's YOURS!

Emily, thank you so much! Although your accident was much worse you were my inspiration for a speedy recovery beginning by putting my mtn bike on the trainer.
KSH....thank you also. May you also have many safe and happy riding miles on your Tarmac. Now that is the bike my husband would like to get. I have been saving money for a vacation, but would be happy to use it to contribute to his bike. The choice is his.
I will post a pic when I get a chance to take it.
Now hopefully this blast of winter is the last.
