It was HOT and HUMID today!! (or YUMID as my new yorker friends say) and is suppose to be hotter tomorrow. Forecast is 84 and 71% humidity!! I'm praying for cloud cover because that seems to help... So can I get a little cloud cover chant out there... "Ohhhhhmmmmmmmm Bring cloud cover to disney world tomorrow between 6am and 1:oo pm oooohhhhhmmmmmmmmmm":D

good luck tomorrow, I'll be sending you positive vibes. Just keep hydrated and putting one foot in front of the other. you did an IM, you can do a marathon. Oh, and don't forget to eat lots of goodies afterwards, and think about how much fun you'll have flying down the road on your bike soon!
yep...that is training in New Jersey June through October...hot and Yumid...muggy we say...gets brutal, as it does many places on the east coast in the summer....we end up training at the crackage of dawn to avoid it.
That is why I love training in the fall and winter...
