Not being able to ride stinks!!!

It's beautiful here today - Sunny, 68- But I am snuggled in my chait under a blankie- nursing a cold from hades-

I have Yoga for Inflexible People that I do once in a while. It's great because it adapts the program for folks like me, but you need a lot of props like a chair, strap, towels, etc. It can be quite challenging to me to hold some of the poses.
