gruh. I hate it when they oak it too much. dpita's ex was a home brewer, made meads and wines of all sorts. Oaked the h*ll out of pretty much everything and as I like it light 'n fruity (NO PUNS, Knotted or CWR!) it totally ruined them for me.Quote:
