I shouldn't be frustrated about my weight being "stuck" at 143. To put it in perspective, this is by FAR the smallest that I have been since at least 1993 - perhaps longer. So that is cause for celebration :D
I am looking forward to the next challenge...
Dropped a pant size!!!!! I haven't worn this size since 2005.
Sorry I pretty much dropped out. I am still working really really hard on healthy eating. My nutritionist made me hide my scale. I can report that she measured my body fat % at 22% when I started working with her in January, and when I saw her last week, she re-measured me at 19.5%. I do know that my weight is up some, my guess is around 160, but I really cant complain if I am losing fat and training well! (Don't worry, I try to complain about it!) I am going to take that as success. She is monitoring my weight, but since I tend to hyper-focus on it and I am ironman training right now, I am not focused on it. I have to focus on this insane training and fuel according to her guidelines. That's still going well, and my training is fantastic (if you can call this self-imposed tormeting fantastic :D ) Carry on everyone!!!!
139.4
woohoo!
I know it isn't Friday - and I've no idea what my weight will be by then. However, on this Monday evening, it is 141.8 :D
If it bounces back to 143 by Friday, then at least I will know that I made it to 141 something and that there is yet hope for breaking that 140 barrier
Still updating. :)

I didn't actually weigh-in this morning. But my weight on Wednesday was 172.8, so let's go with that.
Thanks Possegal for doing the spreadsheet again!
I'm excited for the next challenge.
Hey gals- I was 110.8 this morning. My goal is 110, and I am going to switch to maintenance next month, so I probably won't sign in for the next challenge, but will probably drop by to see how you are all doing.
Limewave- congrats on your success!
Kacie, the scale isn't everything. You're getting the guidance you need, and sounds like the results you want as well.
Thanks you all for being part of a great support network since I joined this the fall- it has helped keep me on track. I wish all of you the health, fitness and success you are striving for.
Sharon
Updating for Friday.
Congrats to both limewave and azfiddle for making their goals for this challenge!
I will set up the next challenge over the weekend and you can post there if you plan to join. All are welcome and we also totally understand if folks either need a break, or have reached their goal (YAY!).

147 lbs...
Can I have my scores 'pinked out' too? I finally got below 149 lbs which was the magic number I could not achieve for more than 6 months!
Thanks for the chart,
Martina
Clearly I don't always notice when people get to their goals, especially earlier in the challenge! :) Made the changes and congrats!
159.8
A little more than 4 lbs short of my goal, but significantly better than I have performed in the past 4.5 years, so I'm very pleased. Plus, I'm into a new 'decade'!
I will definitely be joining for the next round!
160.6 this morning. Skipped last week because I was out of town for a ride.
I'm still 2 away from my goal, but I'm happy with the progress over the past two months. It's the first time I've seen 160 in my adult life. So there's that. :)
I am in for next time and will need to think about a goal.
Thanks!
142.8 - missed it by .8 of a pound, but considering this is the smallest that I have been for almost 20 years I certainly am not complaining :D To get below 143 and stay there seems to be a real challenge right now for some reason.
I will certainly be in the next challenge and will consider my target weight for May/June.
