My trainer just told me today that I can expect my weight to go up once I am able to spend some significant time cycling. I am glad that he warned me of that...of course weight from muscle is rather a rather different thing than that from fat.

212.6 this week. Not quite down to my goal, but getting closer every day so put me down for the next challenge!

After spending the week at 227, I'm back up to 228.6 this morning. Go figure.

Final weight was 150.8 - I made it about halfway to my target, which is a good start. : )
