When we picked up Paisley from the breeder she weighed 3 lbs. So incredibly tiny and precious. Here is my very favorite photo of her from that first week we had her. You can see how tiny she is next to my DH's hand and shoe:

emily, Awwww that pup is soooooooo cute. What does he look like now that he is grown? no, on second thought.... dont show me I just want to keep that puppy in my head.

Emily- He has his first puppy cut, usually he would have a more combed out skirt but the hair too short. They look a little silly with the cut but it helps them get used to the process to start them very young, so yes his back is shaved.

Paisley was such a cutie!! I love Bostons!

Crossing my fingers. When we got our cat Tortilla from the shelter I was so worried she would be gone before I got off work. I love the breed she is (manx) it is rare to see one pop into a shelter. She had been there a month, I couldn't believe she was passed over that many times she must have been waiting for me.

Awwww, thanks! We think so too. :D

She's still precious, but nothing beats that puppy cuteness. Thank goodness we have tons of photos and even some videos.

Aggie_Ama, thanks for the explanation about Jens' puppy cut. Makes sense!

Ollie is an 8 mos old Saint Bernard mix. We adopted him in December. I think that picture was taken in Feb or Mar so he is a bit bigger now but not as big as a full Saint Bernard would be at this age, only about 75 pounds.

Would never have guessed that he is a Saint Bernard mix. He is so stinking cute, I see some of the Saint Bernard mix but his hair is short. Was he clipped or is that what he has due to the mix part.

This is Ghost who has squeezed himself between a couple of throw pillows on the sofa. It is exactly 10 months that he's been with us after being abandoned by his owners. Sadly, there's a lot of that that goes on in my area of the city. Bone heads. :mad:

I'm the same way. I love gray kitties. No idea why, but they definitely have a special place for me too! Ghost is adorable!!

But Ghost looks so nice and secure now. Am glad he found a happy home. What is he dreaming about I wonder? :)
