D: Put off cooking far too late - so poached a couple of eggs in chicken bone broth with kale, spinach, onions, and mushrooms.
After dinner I had 1 New Holland Poet Stout, 2 squares 85% dark chocolate, and my first fire in the fireplace for the season :)

Dinner: canned clams sauteed with tomato, onion, garlic, red pepper, fresh dill, light eggwhite noodles; side dish of sauteed fresh fennel bulb and cut up apple with fresh thyme and lemon juice; tea with milk

Snack: 2 little creme puffs, one with pumpkin whipping cream, other hazelnut chocolate cream; coffee with milk

D: steamed trout fillet with abit of soy sauce, oil, fresh ginger root, onion and garlic; noodles stir-fried with beet green tops, red pepper, onion, garlid. Boiled green beans on the side. Tea with milk.

4 hours of tennis (1 bottle gatorade)
D: BLT (with homegrown tomatoes), tomato soup, 1 beer

I am really loving bone broth right now - my body is craving it probably because it is so rich in minerals and it is a nice way to have a quick and hot dinner as the weather cools...
Tuesday:
B: 2 eggs, 4 slices of lox, rolled up with light cream cheese, an orange, coffee
L: 4 slices chicken, sliced tomatoes, avocado slices (3), an apple, coffee
S: nuts, cranberries, chocolate bits
D: went out for DS's 30th birthday... heirloom tomato salad with evoo, polenta with eggplant rague, of which I ate 2/3, one very small piece of bread with marscapone cheese, 2 glasses of red wine, scoop of vanilla and chocolate ice cream
Wednesday:
B: egg whites and avocado, an orange, coffee
yoga class (haven't done that in awhile)
L: bought a prepared thing at the local natural foods market while I waited for the cobbler to repair a shoe (this is why I love small town living); combo of sweet potato, black beans, cilantro olive oil
S: nuts, cranberries, chocolate bits
D: 2 red peppers stuffed with ground turkey made with Mexican type spices, sauteed kale and avocado, 2 pieces dark chocolate
Wednesday:
B: sausage/veggie frittata, sliced tomato
1 hour hard group training session
S: macadamia nuts
L: stew meat with a small amount of bone broth, carrots, onion, bok choy
D: chicken bone broth with poached eggs, spinach, carrots, onion, zucchini
(barely made my calorie targets, but not too bad)
Wednesday 10/10
B: two bites of sweet potato square, black coffee
L: burger topped with guacamole, steamed veggies
S: banana with almond butter
D: a few bites of yellow curry over steamed veggies - I was too upset to eat as we'd just dropped off the last of our animals at their new home. :(
Thursday:

S: I ate my nuts, chocolate bits, and cranberries through out the afternoon and had a slice of raisin Ezekial bread with soy nut butter around 5
D: 6 slices flank steak with chimichurri sauce, salad with vinaigrette, 2 squares dark chocolate, half a glass of red wine
