That reminds me...what time do you want to get there on Sunday a.m.?
Erica just texted me: she's leaving the house at 5 a.m.! and plans to be there to ride for 7:30. I was sort of envisioning 8ish.

Weather be damned!
I'm going road bike fenderless.
Danger is my business.
Rolling at 7:30? That works, but let me know what you decide. I'm still hoping to meet up with you guys.
I can roll anytime- it's not like the dogbeast will let us sleep in. I need to figure out how long it will take to drive from Easton to Cambridge.
Kalidurga, where are you staying in Easton?
I'm booked at the Days Inn. I did a Google directions thingie and it said the travel time from Easton to Cambridge is 25 minutes. I'd add 5-10 to that to get to the high school in Cambridge, since it's a short ways back off of route 50.
My riding partner and I are leaving my house at 3am on Sat. IF we drive straight thru, we should be there in 7 hours. Mind you, I will need several pit stops along the way, I have a weak bladder and a need for coffee....So we might make it there by noon-ish. We plan on riding and rolling around town, we are staying at the comfort inn btw..and because of the long trip home, we will start the ride at 7 or 730 on Sunday morning..
Bleahhh. OK Annette is not coming now. Too bad. I cancelled my motel for Friday night and will arrive Sat sometime prob between 4-7pm. I may not have internet after Fri night. So if either Zen or DB still has my cell # stored in their cell phones, can you give me a call and say where you are going for dinner and if I can join you at least I'll know where to go. Thanks
If the reception runs late, I guess I'll be dining at the Wawa.

Well they say 40% rain for the morning hours... which means 60% chance no rain. Still debating though bringing CF road bike, or dependable Portland bike with fenders and a trunk to stow the rain gear? Decisions, decisions. Oh and the gearing is the same for both of them. LOL. :D
Bring that pretty Portland.
I probly do have your cell # but if you want to make sure PM it to me.
I'd ride the Mariposa but I've never ridden it long distance.
It's very tempting, though.
Why have I lacked the foresight to hook up an umbrella holder to my surly before?
:(
I think I've laid out about half of the cycling clothes I own....just cannot decide what's the right combination of warm and partially dry. I'm beginning to wish for a pair of those rain shorts that AlpineRabbit was talking about, if only to have a dry tush.
Does anyone know if there are showers available at the high school?
