		Yesterday I had a flat I had to take care of around breakfast time so I did not get to eat the huge feast I really hoped for. We did 100 miles the day before and 90 miles yesterday (today is a rest day):
 
 Breakfast: full fat greek yogurt with blueberries and honey, some tortilla chips when I realized they had packed up breakfast for the road
 During the ride: Clif builder bar, 1 sleeve of clif shot blocks, 2 clif shot energy gels, 1 huckleberry ice cream sandwich, electrolyte supplement in my water, a few ribs of celery with peanut butter, clif mojo bar, pickles, granny smith apple
 After the ride: recoverite
 Dinner: We had it catered by Billings company Beyond Basil-- Montana ribeye steaks, grilled salmon, potato salad, quinoa salad, spinach salad, apple pie, and pound cake!
 
 FEAST!
 
 I woke at 5 am starving though so I had some trail mix to tide me over until people get up for breakfast. Hope there's something open at 7 am on a Sunday!

		B: tuna over tomatoes with grated cheddar, blueberries, coffee.
 Did a 30 mile ride, during which I had one bottle of Nuun, a Fig Newton, and one Shot Block. It was really hot.
 L: cup of roasted red pepper and tomato soup, 2 veggie burger patties, a couple of slices of avocado, cole slaw.
 S: slice of Ezekial bread and hummus
 D: salad with grape tomatoes, avocado, green onions, lettuce, 2 slices flank steak, roasted brussel sprouts, 2 squares dark chocolate

 2 hours tennis
 Lunch:  oj, pineapple juice, peaches, strawberries, yogurt smoothie
 hike and kayak
 Snack:  red pepper hummus with pita bread, 1 beer
 Dinner:  pasta with italian sausage, red onions, zucchini, asparagus, diced fresh tomato, basil, parmesan cheese, 1 glass red wine

 Saturday
 B: bacon and eggs with spinach, onions, mushrooms in them, coffee (black)
 L: ?? (can't remember!)
 S: guacamole and carrots
 D: chicken breast topped with mango salsa and grilled green beans, two lettuce wraps
 
 Sunday
 B: bacon, asparagus and mushroom frittata, 1/2 c blueberries, black coffee
 L: garlic artichoke sausage, apple with almond butter
 D: berry chicken salad from Panera, sans dressing
 
 Today (since its all planned out anyway)
 B: leftover frittata and 1/2 c cherries (from neighbor's tree!)
 S: black coffee and a banana
 L: chicken breast topped with mushrooms and tomatoes, grilled green beans, steamed broccoli
 D: copper river salmon, chipotle mashed sweet potatoes, sauteed zucchini

 B: egg white omelette with pesto, blueberries, coffee

 L: home made chicken salad with plain Greek yogurt, cranberries, almonds, an apple, slice of whole wheat Ezekial bread
 S: nuts and cranberries
 D: one chicken and red/yellow pepper kabob, marinated in cumin, garlic, olive oil, whole wheat cous cous, salad, glass of rose

 B: Kashi Autumn Wheat cereal with skim and raisins, whole egg + egg white, coffee
 S:strawberries with non-fat Greek yogurt
 L: 4 oz roasted skinless chicken breast, brown rice
 S: more strawberries with non-fat Greek yogurt
 Pre-workout: 1/2 power bar
 75 minute workout and ate the rest of the power bar on the way home
 D: 4 oz roasted skinless chicken breast, roasted kale and Brussel sprouts. 1 slice Ezekiel bread, skim milk

 Lunch:  leftover pasta with chicken italian sausage and veges
 Dinner:  1 beer, couple of chicken tacos

		B: 2 scrambled eggs, 1/4 avocado, green chili salsa, blueberries
 L: chicken breast sandwich on a spelt roll, an apple
 S: slice of Ezekial bread and hummus
 D: I came home in the afternoon, sat by the pond, and then had to go see a client at 5:30. When I got home at 7, DH said, "let's go out," so we went to an Italian place. I had a mixed salad, seared scallops in red pepper coulis, and a side of wheat penne with marinara, of which I ate half. One glass of red wine.
 Then we went for frozen yogurt. I had a 4 oz. size of chocolate.

 D: grilled chicken topped with avocado, roasted mixed veggies (parsnips, carrots, beets, brussels sprouts)
 
 Wednesday
 B: scrambled eggs w spinach and onions in it, bacon, black coffee
 L: leftover chicken topped with avocado, left over sauteed veggies
 S: handful of macadamia nuts
 D: grilled burgers topped with home made guacamole, baked sweet potato 'fries' and home made orange iced tea

 50-mile hot bike ride, with a headwind the last 10 (uphill) miles: 9(!) bottles of water, 1 bottle diluted Gatorade, 2 tubes + 1 shot blocks, one Clif bar.
 small frappucino with whipped cream.  I think I earned it, no?
 Bag of potato chips, glass of Gatorade.
 Bottle of Lifewater.
 Chicken salad + salad greens on a bun
 small glass of coconut water
 
 Today:
 Making up for that calorie deficit, I think...
 Yogurt smoothie (~1/3 cup Greek yogurt, 5 strawberries, whole banana)
 Espresso+cream and a Luna bar (those are good!)
 Lunch at "Mexican" place: Taco salad (with chicken)
 Clif Builder's bar and 10oz bottle of diluted Gatorade
 partial Chipotle burrito (much better than the place we ate lunch!), Coke.

 B: ham and cheese sandwich on a spelt roll, an orange, coffee
 L: salad with chicken breast, avocado, left over whole wheat cous cous
 S: nuts and cranberries
 D: spaghetti squash, with marinara sauce with ground turkey, peppers, 2 squares dark chocolate, glass of red wine
