143 and it's TTOM, yipee. ;)
145. I have been eating too much, but enjoying all the good holiday foods. I guess I will just limit the damage for the rest of this month and focus starting in January.
I am very unhappy recently because I lost a lot of power :( My trainer said it's temporary and I have to wait until my body adapts to the new weight and I will gain strength again.
Also now I am careful of what I eat because I don't want yo yo which is another obstacle for my quick recovery. I take BCAA but maybe it's not enough.
Holding steady at 132#

I don't remember what it was Friday. It's 117.6 today. I seem to be stuck in this spot, which is about 5 lbs above my goal, though still way below where I started (150) 3 years ago.
You lost eight or more pounds in a month and some days "you feel weak and powerless"? At the risk of jumping to conclusions, I'd suggest that you're going way too far with your weight loss. I'm 5'4 and have, as an adult, weighed as little as 111 pounds. I can tell you that I looked extremely thin at that weight; it was not ideal. Even taking different bone structure into consideration, I'd suggest that you're, at best, bordering on being underweight.
Your body (and mind) needs sufficient fuel. The fact that you feel weak and powerless at times should be a wake up call that you're not giving your body what it needs. Simply put: Eat more. If you are active and mindful of what kind of things you eat, the scale will take care of itself.
Indysteel, you put it very mildly, thank you for this. I do these things that you suggest because I am 33 years and I think I know how to handle things but sometimes I ... fluctuate. Now I am back to normal calories but still I am afraid of too much carbs.
One thing I have to remind myself every day now is stop looking into details and see the big picture.
there is a picture of me @111, I'm not extremely thin
Friday!

My lowest yet. I was buck nekkid and on my most accurate scale, the new one in the motorhome.

For some reason I gained a pound from last week
199 last Friday to 200# today. :(
I am on my Menstrual Period..dunno if that has to do with it.
141.8.
TTOM just ended. Of late the pattern for me is more water retention the week after, so next week could be up a couple of pounds due to that.
But this week was a big one for holiday calories. Tuesday night was a small party for the condo committee I work on. I had a smaller-than-usual lunch in anticipation of the party food, to the point where I was starved by the time I got there. I started with a fair amount of turkey meatballs and coleslaw (made with Splenda instead of sugar) before digging into the desserts. Also I took small portions of most of the desserts.
Yesterday was the holiday potluck lunch at work. I did eat a decent-sized lunch, though I did some damage control by only taking small amounts of most of the things I had. I also saved the best food (stromboli and a slice of cranberry orange bread) and brought it home, so it will be dinner tonight instead of adding those calories to yesterday's intake. However I did a fair amount of dessert sampling. I actually wasn't hungry for "dinner" until almost 11 pm last night. I had some plain yogurt with raisins and walnuts, then was still hungry a half hour later so I had another cup of yogurt, this time vanilla. And I took a long walk last night with more hills than usual, so hopefully overall I didn't have too many excess calories.
Probably the worst thing this week is that I made a rum cake for each party, and I've had a couple of pieces of it so far. Not to mention there is still some leftover from Tuesday which I plan to enjoy this weekend. But it will be breakfast rather than dessert -- not so good in terms of nutrition but at least it will keep the total calorie intake down.
It is a really good rum cake. :D
Next week I'll have to focus on good eating and exercise, since there will be several more dessert opportunities between Christmas and New Year's.

I'm supposed to be walking every day, but I'm still hurting. I think there's still fluid on or around my pancreas. The docs said it would be three-four weeks in healing. It's been a little over three weeks, I think. I feel like my short term memory got wiped. I've lost track of the calendar. The last month is a blur. I don't remember huge chunks of what happened in the hospital.
Can't wait to get released to get back on my bike, though.
