was 125 yesterday. Still not my goal but I'm getting there. Sign me up for the next go round! I love this and appreciate your time with the spread sheet
137.6
184.4
I was 160.2 this morning. I'm ready for July/August with a goal of 150 at the end of August. I wish I could lose weight faster but slow and steady is good enough.
154 on the nose for me. :) Not quite my original goal, but I'll take it!!
Definitely count me in for the next round!
Catherine, that's terrific! I've watched you struggle for so long, and it seems that you are starting to make REAL PROGRESS!!! Be happy, something has clearly 'clicked' for you.
136.0 for me this morning!! I made my goal with no time to spare. This makes a grand total of 84lb for me since the spring of 2009!
I am up for the next challenge as well. I have a goal weight of 128 :-0
I am joining this *officially*. I'd like to lose 10 by the end of august - but it will be challenging due to having so much muscle. I may change my mind about my goal once I feel what riding while trying to lose weight feels like.
I was 131.6 today. that is the highest weight in 2 years for me!!
Today is my Birthday, as a gift to myself I'm not getting any where near a scale. Please count me in for the next challenge.
I'm definitely in for the next round. If we're starting today... my morning weigh-in was 277 pounds. No, that's not a typo.
My goal is 265 or 12 pounds lost, about 1.5 pounds a week in an 8 week challenge.
hi- I'd like to join for this round. My morning weigh-in was 146. I'd like to lose 5 pounds. thanks!
Thanks, Trisk!
Honestly, I think a big part of my success lately (besides having my new interest in triathlons to keep me working out!) is the lack of artificial hormones in my body. I am 100% synthetic hormone free for the first time in over 20 years. Now, when I eat in a deficit, I actually lose weight. Go figure! ;)
I'm also tracking more than just my weight, so I'm getting lots of feedback to keep me motivated when the scale doesn't move.
Only 21 lbs to go to my goal!
It's been a while and I have not been successful before...but I want to give it a try. Please add me. I will weigh in tomorrow AM (promise!)
