Way to rationalize yourself back on track, GLC! It's just the sodium. Of course. And this, too, shall - ahem - pass.

171.0 moving in the wrong direction. 8 years ago when I quit smoking my weight shot up, since then I have lost weight right to this 170-172 and can not seem to cross over into the 160's. To prove this to myself I ate cake for dinner last night and after weighing in today I had Chipoltle for lunch: the entire chicken burrito, chips, guacamole and a margarita.
I'm now thinking of doing something really strict: a cleanse, sllimfast, the cookie diet. I don't know which yet or even if yet but I have to, have to get over this hump.
I just looked at the chart and realized Channlluv has reached her goal. CONGRATULATIONS CHANNLLUV:D
I did? Woohooooooo!
Time for a new goal. It's just so easy to get complacent and slack off, but today I swam 600 yards in 25 minutes, then met a friend at the lake - my superfit black belt friend- and we rode 12 miles in about 45 minutes. Not back to back, so not technically a brick, but my hair was still wet from the pool as I was riding around the lake.
Thanks, TE! I seriously would not have done this without your help. And thank you for noticing, Jones. You rock.

Yes you did. That's why your numbers are in a new color! :) I didn't realize it with last week's weigh in, just realized it today. YAY you!

That's what that means? I didn't know that. Cool! And appropriately, it matches my new bike nicely. <g>
Thanks!

Yep, that's what it means! The original sheet, designed by martinkap, had it set into the programming to change the color when the goal was met. Overtime, I've screwed that up. :) But not that tough to go in and change the color myself. It's important to highlight the meeting of goals!! CONGRATS!
Congrats Channlluv- great job!
Down to 180.8 this week. My last weigh-in at WW last Tuesday was up .2 lb, so I decided to clean up my act the rest of the week.
Congrats to Channelluv! And I think it counts as a brick if your hair was still wet!
Finally making progress again on my end. Down to 214.6 this week.
I have been wavering between 146 and 149 for the past week - depends on which way the wind is blowing...
Congrats Channlluv! Those little victories are motivating
Yes nice job Chanelluv!
Possegal - please put my weight down at 138 for this week and last week.
At least I am consistent.
But I am cetainly not losing either.

171.6 A little progress
Congratulations Channeluv!!!!!
As for me, last weekend's weigh in was 168.6. Forgot to post it, sorry! Hey -- at least I'm not quite to weigh in this week yet!
Trainer weighed me this week and I am at 145! I am using the 'work out less because you are sick' method.
