OK.. I won't be awake tomorrow (I work nights), so weighed in today instead before heading to work. Down to 174.8!!! YEAH! Body fat down 1% according to the scale, which is good -- that sure is a slow moving number! Good Luck to all -- look forward to hearing how it is going!

Down to 114.6! Will probably go up next week since it will be vacation time.
Hanging in at 138, no change this week. Hopefully, I'll do better next week. Oh, I just looked back at my original post, I am down 2% in body fat! :) That makes me feel a bit better.
Keep up the good work ladies. I think we're alll doing great so far, even if it is a bit on the slow side.
I am up to 147. :(:( I seriously thought about just posting 146 (in other words, LIE), but decided to take on the attitude of Over50 and try to be positive about this.
I may be up a pound, but, like many of you have said, this is making me accountable. I will not let this one pound "grow" into 10. I will take care of it now, I will not beat myself up, I will not eat my way through the weekend, I will exercise, and I will NOT say negative things about my flabby thighs....:D
Oh yeah, I will not stop at that horrible Starbucks for a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino before work...........:o

Same as last week for me 148.6. For some reason I've been really lazy the past few weeks. I think it's a bit of an inertia thing for me lately. Oh well at least I'm not gaining a lot! I'm fine with making slow, healthy changes and having slow healthy weight loss. I'd love to be down to about 130 by June. I'm 5'8" btw.
Congrats to everyone for being accountable and sticking with the whole process.
My goals for next week are to work out more and actually start keeping a food diary.

Sorry that I've been MIA on this thread. I was sick, but still training alot, so I don't even want to know. The event that I've been training for is next weekend, so I'll go back on track after that.
Ugh, I'm up... 162.4. I too thought about lying or just skipping this week, but then I figured that being accountable is the whole point here! So there it is, in black and white.
I will say that it's TTOM and my bras aren't even fitting this month...so hopefully next week will show a big change. To be fair, I haven't been working out lately, so I don't actually *deserve* to lose! :p I've got 1 month until I start my new job, so I'd like to be back into the 150's by then, so that's my motivation to get off my duff and MOVE. :)
I'll post the updated table sometime this weekend.
Down three more pounds to 199.5.
I know it's fast, but it seems like a glacial pace for all the deprivation. I've been eating veggies and some meat ONLY for 2 1/2 weeks. No dairy, no cheese, NO SUGAR, no booze, no fruit, etc. I can't wait until Monday; I'm supposed to try a piece of fruit and see if that bothers me.
And it does seem like this weight snuck up on me overnight. I did a century in June, a long overnight backpack in July and then all of a sudden it was January and I felt like crap. I guess six months isn't technically overnight. Note to self: Be more aware. Jeez.
142.0, a gain, super bowl sunday was not good for me!! back at it.
Back up to 161. :eek: Hoping for a better week next week. ;)
