Aw, she is so cute! Great name for her! Is she part doxie herself? Have you posted pix of the other pups? I'd love to see them.

Hey Twin, what's your new Bleriot doing horning in on the poor little pooch's picture!? What a HAM that bike is! ;)
Yes she is part weenie and the other two I posted more towards the start of this thread. The Bleriot is hard to keep out of the picture I think she is jealous!
here are all my rescued baby's. The one in the bushes is BO. He was abused and rescued from a 6 foot deep hole off the freeway. He had a fractured pelvis and a broken leg. He was 4 months old when we got him. He's leg had to rebroken and fixed. The vet said he must have been kicked. He is so grateful for everything we give him. the long haired kitty is Willow and the siemese is aki. you know her from my avatar.
Here is a picture of a pup that the breeder has her eye on for me. He is five weeks old.

I bought a sheltie puppy last November, who ended up having a fatal kidney disease. It was heartbreaking. Chester died in July. But if he didn't end up with us, he likely would have been put to sleep sooner, and he DID really have a good life, and he was running and playing up until a few days before he died.
Dogmama- That puppy is so adorable. He just looks ready for snuggling. :D
Paigette- I LOVE the miniature schnauzers!! They are so stinking cute.
Chester looks like he was a very happy little guy. He must have known he had it good for his short little life.
You gave Chester a wonderful happy life- he never knew it was supposed to be longer.
I see some of you posted pics of your dear departed pets so here's the true love of my life, Cheyenne. I first saw her sitting there among her siblings, mud splashed all up on her head. Instant crush. I got her a year after a bad vehicle accident and it was mostly her that inspired me to start living and walking again.
She loved water and would do anything to go splash around in it. I had to keep the bathroom door closed when in the tub or she'd jump right in with me. She was such a sweet little girl and adventurous 'til the end. I had to put her to sleep a few years ago at the age of 11 from complications of diabetes, which we fought for 5 years with insulin shots. It was truly the hardest thing I've ever had to do in my life. There will never be another like her for me.

My kiddos have been shivering at the recent cold snap here in Texas. My DH finally agreed they should have little sweaters to protect them after Maggie could stop shivering the other day. We brought her in after a 10 minute potty break and she shivered for 30 minutes!
Here are the girls in their fetching new Texas A&M sweaters. (This was taken with a camera phone, hope it looks okay).

This is my Ronny... I have him for over 5 years. Two years ago he was stolen but he came home after 3 months... Lessie indead comes home ;)
... I don't know where has the picture disapeard
Ronny is so handsome!
XRayted, Seychelle, Offthegrid... I'm with you. I get frustrated sometimes because some people don't understand how deeply I feel the loss. It's amazing to think of it, but it has been three years and two months since I lost my best friend of fourteen years. :( I still cry for him at unexpected times, and feel like it was just yesterday that I lost my boy.
I wouldn't trade it for the world, though - he was amazing and enriched my life... I'm convinced that I would not have made it through some rough patches in my life without him.
