152, seems to have started moving again.
When I started back on WW on 8/29 I took my measurements, this is something very motivating you can do if the scale seems to be moving slower. I like to take them once a month so I did these changes as of Monday (near beginning of the month and 5 weeks in).
Weight: -11
Arms: -.5”
Hips: -1.53”
Bust: -1.75” (Even though as a D cup I have plenty on top, hope this is back fat!)
Waist: -1.5”
Dress Size: Dropped from 12 to 10
Thighs: -1.25” (my stubborn area, I carry much weight here)
This morning I'm 230.6. Yay!
I weighed in this week on Wednesday before I left at 147.0. Not much of a drop, but I'm pretty certain that I'm lower now (but with no scale to prove it!).
120.4 so not much change. Oh well.
175 - slow and steady.
143. Just did so-so on my eating plan this week, but had a GREAT workout week. Now that I've started my IM training (7 days in) I think - I hope! - to start to see some real movement.
weekly updating now

144.4 this morning. Was 147 on Monday and Tuesday.
Two weeks of crappy weather cut into my exercise somewhat, but I don't think that's really what's going on.
159.4 ... 4.6 lbs down, woo hoo.
And I'm starting to see & feel a difference. Excellent.
The new WW plan is working out really well for me. It's not difficult at all for me to stay within my daily allowance, and the weekly allowance gives me the opportunity to splurge a bit, so I'm not feeling deprived. I don't do deprivation well.
On Saturday (while practically everyone else in the Bay Area was riding Levi's Gran Fondo), LeeBob and I took advantage of the glorious weather & drove down to Monterey & Big Sur.
Naturally, we stopped off at our usual feeding spots -- a sweet little cafe in Carmel, and the restaurant at the Ventana Inn in Big Sur, high atop the bluffs overlooking the ocean.
We splurged and I figured I would worry about the points later. But that said, we (Lee is doing this with me, like he has a choice, heh heh) made some reasonably well-informed choices. By reasonably well-informed I mean we opted for side salads instead of fries or potato salad, and I asked for my dressing on the side and had very little of it, and didn't touch the bread. Eh, small steps. That didn't prevent me from thoroughly enjoying a luscious crock of French onion soup along with my noble salad. And at the Ventana Inn, we were going to split a dessert, but we ended up each getting one. But you know, it was well worth it, and I took it easy on the points the rest of the day.
Tallying it all up (and hopefully way overestimating the amt of points), I didn't make that huge of a dent in my weekly points allowance. I generally stay under my daily allowance so I figured this one splurge wasn't going to mess it up too badly.
And I lost nearly 2 lbs this week, so that approach seems to have worked.
Yay, Jobob!! It's nice when the scale confirms our hard work, isn't it?
134.
I had been doing great - down to 221, but popped back up to 224. I think it's salt/water retention, but not sure.
In any case - no change this week. Going to do light exercise today - sore throat and feeling crappy:(
117.6 ... just maintaining still
178.
meh. I've been within a pound or two of that for three weeks now, so something needs to shake up this week. Maybe a few more weights, watch portions a bit more. Going out for a family-style Sichuan dinner for a friend's birthday tomorrow and not planning on practicing any restraint there, so we'll see.....
