Polly - ultimately I have the chart set up for weigh ins on Fridays, but I think several of us are on a different schedule personally so we just post a little later. :) No worries, if you'd prefer Sunday that is fine, just post it on Sunday and I'll update accordingly. I just leave the dates on the chart as Friday.

Thanks very much for adding me to the chart. Ok, was 123.5 yesterday... but not sure if that's what I was on Friday. I'll keep it at 124 for 3/20 and then weigh in on this Friday and report. Sheeesh, this is hard work, but it's so inspirational to read about others who are working at this too. Thank you.

Weighed in last Thursday, before I went off for the weekend of skiing, but was massively bloated due to THAT time and yeah. For the record and honesty: 137.5

Tucker Cat has lost another 1/4 pound. He's at 16 1/4 pounds now. You can tell he's lost some, but he's still a little tubby.
I've finally lost a pound too. 154 for me.

135 - precisely where I was 2 weeks ago. This has gotten much harder, the closer I've gotten to my goal.
Here's the thing - when I think about how much I exercise now, and how much less I eat/snack than I used to, I'm astonished that I was only 165 pounds.

154 for me this morning :D :D :D. That was my goal--I guess getting back on the bike the past couple of weeks really gave me the push I needed! I'm definitely going to try for another couple of lbs during April.
I am skipping second week in row due to the surgery I had on Tuesday. I decided to focus on getting better than loosing weight. I can see that I gain some but I really don't want to see the numbers. I will be back in week or two.
